I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, but a bit outdated. The service was super nice, whether in the morning or evening. The location was great for exploring downtown Cleveland and was convenient for various attractions. The dining experience was very nice and a big time saver with different selections each day. However, the breakfast included was average. Overall, a good value for money.
